Legal basis

How I use it

Every email I send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who else processes it

I don't sell or rent your details. The only service that handles them on my behalf is:

If I start using an email service to send updates, I'll add it here before sending.

How long I keep it

I keep waitlist details and survey answers until you ask me to remove them, or until 24 months after the mentoring circle first opens, whichever comes first. After that I delete them. Website technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short period, usually a few days.

Your rights

Security

Your details are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database that only I can access, protected by a password.

Changes

If I change how I use your data, I'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, I'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
